Bailey Benson initially joined Sage Partners as a Brokerage Administrator for the brokerage team in Northwest Arkansas. Over the course of 13 years, Bailey’s commitment and expertise in the commercial real estate industry propelled her to the role of Director, Brokerage Operations and Principal. As the Director of Brokerage Operations, Bailey plays a vital role in orchestrating collaboration among the brokerage operations team, helping to service our brokers, clients, and title companies to effectively manage sales and leasing transactions. In addition to her responsibilities in operations, Bailey works directly with Marshall Saviers, Broker and CEO, playing a crucial role in facilitating his leasing and sale transactions. Her collaborative efforts have contributed significantly to the successful completion of over $800 million dollars in transactions over the past three years.
