As a product engineer and owner of manufacturing facility from California, he sold many of his own products nationwide. Since 2009 he has been a head of the Industrial and Investment division of century 21 commercial at Dallas, Texas. He has a strong background in product design, marketing, Branding, and financing. He also understands government participation is an integral part of every major facility acquisition; so, he has established a close working relationship with city and county officials. Currently specialized in 1031 exchange, evaluation, pricing, marketing, relocation, expansion, comprehensive due diligence and investment property identification. Azad can speak Bengali, Hindi and Urdu. He has traveled internationally for business, to destinations including Turkey, France, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Canada, India and Bangladesh.
