Axson’s career in commercial real estate brokerage began in 1980. With an emphasis on land sales, Axson has primarily been involved in office and industrial leasing and property sales. Axson joined Southeast Venture in 1990 and built his reputation as Middle Tennessee’s leading site analyst and land transaction specialist, representing both buyers and sellers. Axson, along with Southeast Venture’s other partners, directed the transformation of Southeast Venture from an owner-developer in the late 1980s to the full-service brokerage and design services firm that it is today; serving other owners and commercial businesses with their real estate needs.
