Avin specializes in Industrial Sales and Leasing. He grew up in Blue Bell, PA and finished his undergraduate program with a major in Business Management and Administration from Temple University. His education centered on real estate and finance and while in college, he began his commercial real estate journey working part-time in asset management at a local real estate investment company. From the due diligence period to post-closing Avin learned the foundation of cost budgeting, justifying underwriting assumptions, negotiating with 3rd party vendors and service providers, and supervising property management resources to ensure optimized performance. He was also introduced to construction project management while contributing to meetings with general contractors, defining scope of work documents and scheduling. He is an ambitious, but situationally aware professional who strives to understand client space requirements, investment criteria, and matches markets to enable business growth and value. He strives to implement a combination of market intelligence, operations, and capital market research to the essential duties of brokerage. Avin’s objective is to provide the most value whether through market research, persistently finding new space or organizing well thought out and efficient transaction timelines. While being analytical, Avin also prioritizes the experience he gains by being out in the market, canvassing various submarkets, and seeking out opportunities for local and institutional businesses.
