Austin Tharp started selling real estate when he was still in high school and had two closings the day he walked across the stage to receive his high school diploma! He also has experience running his own successful real estate team. He currently owns a construction company that builds high end luxury homes, along with commercial construction. Austin is also very good at pairing buyers with the perfect home that meets their criteria. He is always up to date with all of the properties on the market and is highly knowledgeable with the market as a whole. He is great with sellers as well, has been involved with the staging process, and helps the team get homes ready to hit the market. Also licensed in Phoenix, AZ, last year he helped the Agave Group sell a $6 million dollar home in DC Ranch, which is one of the the many upscale neighborhoods in Scottsdale, AZ. Austin has been know to pick up large portfolios from investors and help them sell/obtain multiple assets.
