Austin Smith

Austin’s began his career in commercial real estate, with Nexus Commercial Realty, which merged with Capstone in 2021. He has worked specifically on multi-family and mixed-use assets throughout the Front Range, and most notably the Westside of Denver Metro. He has personally closed over 50 transactions totaling more than $170 million during that time, and Austin has worked with both local and national clients on those deals. Austin is a driven and collaborative real estate professional who takes careful accountability for client needs and puts emphasis on creating meaningful and long-lasting relationships. He has an innate capability to lead, and he capitalized early by starting and running his own painting business in Denver from which he gained real-world exposure to basic business and marketing principles. As a Senior Advisor, Austin brings an empathetic state of mind to work daily, and he takes the time to authentically understand clients’ investment needs and desires.
