Austin Michels is an Associate with Marcus & Millichap and has recently joined The Kristol Group. Austin specializes in multifamily properties between 5 and 100 units. As a South Florida native, Austin’s primary focus is on properties in Broward County. Austin is a graduate of The College of Charleston in South Carolina where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and a minor in Spanish. Austin has worked with a multitude of different real estate firms ranging from development, investment sales, property management, and construction. His diverse background in both commercial real estate and strategic business investments has equipped him to provide clients with expert knowledge and analytics for multifamily investment sales. Austin played lacrosse in college and is a competitor by nature. He has also competed in wrestling, swimming, and sailing. In his free time, Austin also enjoys aerial and underwater videography, freediving, spearfishing, and boating with his family and friends.
