Austin Kelley joined Kidder Mathews in 2017, specializing in multifamily and investment sales for South King, Pierce, Thurston and Kitsap County. In Austin’s first year he was awarded the Kidder Mathews Rookie of the Year Award for being the highest producing first-year broker company-wide. In partnership with Ted Sipila, CCIM, they have sold $80+ million in assets this year. Born and raised in Tacoma, WA, Austin prioritizes client satisfaction, while bringing extensive market knowledge and local strategy to the table.
