Austin Karrick

Austin is the President of CPR and a current board member of our parent company George F. Young. Austin has a consistent track record of facilitating commercial real estate sales and leases. He best serves his clients through his creativity, strong market knowledge, and tenacity. Austin likes to focus on the Pinellas Industrial Market and has come to know it well. He finds a lot of joy in discovering and learning about the multitude of different businesses that call Pinellas home. His clients appreciate his straightforward delivery of information and counsel. Austin approaches each deal as a new problem looking to be solved and it is providing the solutions that bring him joy on a daily basis. He is also on the Executive Board of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors and will become their youngest president to date in 2022. Outside of work Austin enjoys sports, working with his hands, and spending time with his family. When Austin was younger, he won a duck calling competition earning him the right to be a Ducks Unlimited member for life.
