Austin has a B.S. in Management Science / Economics and a minor in Business from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Prior to joining ENGVEST, Austin worked at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to brokerage, Austin started-up a few entrepreneur businesses. While in college, he contributed to paying his tuition by starting his own successful mobile notary business in Los Angeles, and while he was in school in San Diego. He effectively marketed himself in both areas, especially with the use of online marketing and social media platforms. While working as a notary he became talented at explaining mortgage loan documents to homeowners. Austin has been effective in online sales marketing in various other business ventures. Austin is also an Eagle Scout, an accomplishment only 6 in every 100 Scouts achieve. He is also a loyal Laker’s fan since childhood. He can give you all the stats of all players. In his free time, Austin is an active marathon runner, having qualified and finished the Boston Marathon 6 times between 2018-2023 with a personal best of 2:34. He enjoys leading and serving in the Los Angeles community, volunteers in faith-based organizations and brings diversity inclusion and awareness. While living abroad in South Africa, he learned if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. With his clients, Austin will work hard and go far, together.
