Audrey Novoa

For more than 30 years, Audrey Novoa has been a major Real Estate professional in the New York City commercial real estate market. Starting in 1972, she headed the leasing department at Williams Real Estate. In 1979, Audrey decided to change her focus and joined the Brokerage Division of the firm. She ultimately rose to the distinguished level of Executive Managing Director and only female member of the Management Committee. Through her illustrious career, Audrey has represented owners of major office buildings in the leasing and managing of more than 6 million square feet of space and highly prominent Tenants in the acquisition and disposition of their office space. Because of her vast knowledge of the intricacies of leases, Audrey has proven to be an expert in the art of negotiations. Her clients respect her abilities and know that their interests are being properly represented.
