Ata Boroumand

I am a retired civil engineer and an active California real estate broker. Between 1969 and 1990 I practiced civil engineering, was involved in urban planning and development and became project manager in charge of development and construction of residential, commercial and recreational projects. In 1990 I became a real estate broker (CA,DRE License No. 01059087) and have since been practicing in the field of real estate brokerage. I started working with ERA Real Estate and then formed my own real estate company. In 1997 I joined The Summit Real Estate Group which was purchased by Prudential California Realty. Subsequently Prudential was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, California Properties. For the past 33 years I have been involved in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. I represent buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in commercial real estate transactions. The general areas of my activities are Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in Southern California, with concentration on Orange County transactions.
