Ashwin Vora is a versatile and commercially astute finance professional with 15 years hands-on experience coupled with a solid knowledge in construction economics, strong financial and analytical skills, projects appraisal, cost controlling operations & financial modelling in the construction sector. After achieving his accountancy qualification, he joined Vascroft as a Financial Controller, and was later on elevated to a Director of Finance. During his tenure at Vascroft, he has directed the creation of new controls systems that have significantly improved the forecasting system by having timely accounts procedures and providing timely financial data. He is committed in ensuring that there are proper financial controls in place for the smooth running of the company, producing regular management reports and accounts to the stakeholders, and internal audit/tax compliance. He also contributes towards decisions regarding the financial strategies of the company as well as being responsible for the HR and IT functions of the company. Ashwin shares Vascroft’s value of being the core of a positive construction sector. He believes that the industry is demanding a positive change.
