Ashley is a Partner at Millenia Partners and leads the Healthcare CRE Team. She began her career in commercial real estate in 2002 working for an owner-developer focusing on lot assemblage and assisting with acquisitions and large commercial development projects. Since then, Ashley has had a very successful career in sales and has been promoted to management roles several times as well as senior executive. Ashley’s real estate expertise is medical office sales and leasing, Investment sales, landlord representation and tenant representation, and development projects. She is passionate about helping medical professionals expand their practices and reach their business goals by negotiating the best deals for them and securing space in prime locations where their practices will be the most successful. Because of her commitment to her physician clients, her high level of care for client satisfaction, and her aggressive approach to closing deals, Ashley has established herself as the “go-to” when physicians are looking to expand, relocate or invest.
