Ashley McCarty

Ashley joined Hogan Real Estate as a Sales Associate in March 2020. In 2008, Ashley began her career in commercial real estate with Bell, Fore, & Mitchell, Inc. as an office manager and later worked as a certified associate real property appraiser for Lin Bell & Associates, Inc. Her appraising experience included retail, office, industrial, multi-family, special purpose, agricultural, vacant land and highway condemnation projects. In 2016, Ashley joined NAI Fortis Group and played an integral role in the management of retail, office, flex and industrial properties in the company’s portfolio. Ashley’s exceptional customer service, attention to detail and ability to develop business relationships have been instrumental in her overall success. She has been working in commercial real estate for over 16 years and looks to leverage her expertise in the industry at Hogan Real Estate to serve investors and business owners. Ashley is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and is a proud graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. She continued her education at the University of Kentucky and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ashley is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS (GLAR).
