Ashley is the unflappable organizational backbone of Mysak Realty. Ashley maintains a smooth-functioning office environment and is constantly seeking new ways to improve the efficiency of the business. As a seller, you will likely work with Ashley to put together your due diligence packages. As a buyer, you can take comfort in the fact that Ashley has reviewed all bills and documentation related to every property, to assure that information that is marketed to buyers is as accurate as possible. Ashley keeps Mysak Realty’s buyers and sellers informed about any transaction-related deadlines that may be approaching, and helps connect them to specialists that they may require, such as engineering firms, lawyers, inspectors, and appraisers. Ashley is involved in all transactions that our brokerage completes – she assists the sales team in preparing offers and waivers, and is in contact with lawyers to assure smooth closings. Ashley also organizes weekly office meetings where the sales and administrative team discuss current properties for sale, share continuing education information and materials about the multi-residential sales industry, and brainstorm on ways to continuously improve customer service.
