Ashley Heichelbech

Ashley Heichelbech joined Commercial Realty Advisors NW in 2011. Ashley began her real estate career with The Rouse Company in 1998, working with the marketing and general management teams with the unveiling of the mixed-use Pioneer Place II Shopping Center. Ashley spent time at the Portland Business Alliance, Central Bethany Development and Urban Works Real Estate prior to joining CRA. Ashley specializes in retail sales, consulting and tenant/landlord leasing representation, with a specific focus on high-street retail tenants and Portland’s neighborhoods. Partnering with Kathleen Healy, their intimate knowledge of Portland’s central core and neighborhoods provides the framework to identify opportunities that work best for their clients. Ashley has had the pleasure of working with the following Landlord and Tenant clients including but not limited to Singer Properties, CE John Company, Argyle Capital, Downtown Development Group, Killian Pacific, BentallGreenOak, Unico Properties, UDP, Argyle Capital, Whole Foods, Sephora, Ariat, Visionworks, Salt & Straw, Good Coffee, Kure Juice, and many others. Ashley is an active member of several industry organizations, including International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Retail Brokers Network (RBN), and Commercial Association of Brokers.
