Ashley Fredrick
Ashley is a top producing, award-winning residential and commercial real estate broker in the Central Wisconsin area. She focuses on client needs, goals, market conditions and advise on buying, selling and leasing real estate. Her genuine compassion for those around her, allows her to establish personal relationships with her clients that extend well past a business transaction. After working side by side with her husband, establishing their construction company, Fredrick Construction, Ashley learned her true love was in real estate. She believes the extensive knowledge she gained in the construction industry gives her a unique insight into real estate. She has her MBA and holds several real estate designations including - Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), e-PRO, and American Warrior Real Estate Professional (AWREP).
