Ashley is pleased to be welcomed as an associate with AICRE Commercial in Edmonton. Ashley has a strong basis in commercial real estate, especially in the Nisku/Leduc area. He was most recently a co-owner of a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Nisku, Alberta from 2017-2020. During his ownership Ashley specialized in Industrial Sales & Leasing which earned him the Co-Star Power Broker Award for “Top 10 in Industrial Leasing” for the Edmonton Area for 2018. Ashley’s vast knowledge of the Nisku area stems from his early involvement in his parent’s metal building fabrication company for over 20 years. This work provided him with firsthand knowledge not only of the effective management of a private company, but also intricate knowledge of shop drawings and the engineering and construction of industrial buildings in Alberta. Prior to Ashley’s career in Commercial Real Estate, he was a successful Residential Real Estate Investor, owning approximately 20 properties in the Edmonton region, which he personally managed. In 2007, he obtained his Mortgage Broker’s License which he continues to maintain. Ashley’s strong roots within Edmonton and the surrounding areas continue to grow and evolve, making him a valued asset within the commercial industry. He is a knowledgeable and motivated individual who is passionate about his career and about helping his clients with their commercial real estate needs. Ashley prides himself on providing quality information and excellent service to ensure that his clients are well educated before taking any steps, giving them the best opportunity to make informed and prudent decisions when entering into commercial contracts. Away from work, Ashley enjoys spending time with his son, Damon, and his wife, Bree. He has been an avid mountain biker for 25 plus years and enjoys travelling and experiencing new places and cultures. Having called Nisku and Leduc home since 1978, Ashley understands and values the industrial market and looks forward to being a prominent and respected figure in its growth.
