Asher Pergament is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in the sales and leasing of retail, hospitality, industrial, and automotive properties. Asher earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and holds a BA in Political Science with an emphasis in economic development from San Francisco State University. His experience includes ownership, development, and management in multiple industries including technology and media, clothing manufacturing and distribution, and hospitality. Asher’s family owned the legendary Sonny’s Boutiques and operated 6 locations throughout Brooklyn and the historic Dodger’s Café right next to Ebbet’s Field. Asher’s family is priority number one followed by his interests in hiking, yoga, swimming, and cooking. Asher volunteers his personal time as AYSO Region 76 Division Director, Coach, and Board Member; Member of the City of Beverly Hills Community Group Team; Coach at Beverly Hills Basketball League.
