Arturo Adonay focuses on assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of retail centers, including properties in Hispanic markets in the southeastern U.S. The nearly 20-year commercial real estate veteran combines his keen understanding of demographics, stout retail industry experience, and strong asset management skills to create unmatched value for investors tapping the growth of the U.S. ethnic market. Shortly after beginning his real estate career in 2000, Arturo led the impressive turnaround of an aging 338,000 sq. ft. shopping center in north Atlanta. The result: Plaza Fiesta is now the heart of DeKalb County’s International Corridor. He has also assisted clients with retail properties in North Carolina and Florida. Prior to real estate brokerage, Arturo owned a marketing and special events business that promoted companies and properties to the Hispanic market. Arturo, who received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1999, lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
