Art has 50 years of consulting experience which includes market feasibility, land use studies, planning, and zoning testimony for various classes of real estate assets throughout New Jersey. Additionally, he has been an appointee of the Superior Court of New Jersey and a trustee for lenders to handle the management and disposition of troubled multi-family rental and condominium projects, shopping and office centers and tracts of land. His public service experiences include serving on the Dover Township Industrial Commission, the Beachwood Borough Board of Adjustment, and Past President of the Toms River-Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, one of New Jersey's largest and most active chambers.
