Arthur came to R. W. Holmes in 2009 with decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including a 22-year stint as Senior Vice President and head of brokerage services for Neelon Associates, Inc., the commercial real estate brokerage affiliate of Neelon Properties, a Boston-based privately held commercial real estate firm. Over the course of his 30-plus year career, Arthur has brokered over $700 million worth of commercial real estate lease and sales transactions. His tenant roster includes well-known entities such as Partners Healthcare, Michelin Tire, Foster Miller and Parker Hannifin, as well as owners such as The Beal Companies, Hillside Associates, and the IBUS Companies. Arthur is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Commercial Broker Association., is active with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, is a member of the Harwich Conservation Trust, and previously served as a member of the Medfield State Hospital Advisory Committee.
