Art Rullo

Art Rullo is an Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office and a member of the firm’s National Land Brokerage Group. He began his commercial real estate broker career in 2001 with an initial focus on multi-tenant retail investment properties. Over the years, Art has broadened his commercial real estate exposure to include multifamily, mobile home park and land investment sales. As a teenager, Art gained a grassroot understanding of real estate and construction while assisting his grandfather build single-family homes in Western Pennsylvania. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Art worked for two decades in senior budget and financial management positions with local and regional government agencies on the East coast and Southwestern US. His government service experience affords Art the ability to comfortably interact with a diverse array of elected and appointed government officials and their staff. Art holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Vincent College and Master of Public Administration and Urban Planning from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. He also holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License and Certified Public Accountant accreditation.
