Throughout his career journey, Mr. Farmanali garnered numerous accolades, including Top Ten Brokers and Top Producer awards, while working at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce CRG and Prudential IPG Commercial Real Estate. In the early 1990s, Mr. Farmanali actively participated as a principal owner in various land syndications within the Southwest Las Vegas Valley, acting in the best interests of his clients and investors. His impact on the Las Vegas industrial market is notable, highlighted by his instrumental role in executing the largest E-Commerce lease transaction in 2015, in collaboration with his team at Cushman & Wakefield, securing a ±464,000 square-foot Build-to-Suit (BTS) project in Southern Nevada for Global Industrial Inc./Systemax. Over the years, Art has established fruitful partnerships with several national and local developers in Las Vegas, Nevada, including Majestic Realty, Prologis Inc., Panattoni Development, Dermody Properties, Greystar Development, Harsch Investments, and the Abbott Development Company, among others.
