Arnel comes from a farming background that encompasses the dairy industry of California, from Imperial to the San Joaquin Valley. Arnel was born and raised in the Chino dairy land area where his family was in the hay business for thirty years. In 1986, Arnel moved to Tulare, California, and has since been his home . He is a member of 1st Christian Reformed Church in Visalia, CA. Married with three children, Arnel loves to spend time with his family by the pool, riding his dirt bike, and watching NASCAR. Arnel has continued to make new contacts in the dairy and farm industry which has catapulted his ability as a leader of land listings and sales for Schuil & Associates.
