Arnaldo Cantero III is the Managing Broker of C-3 Commercial Real Estate Advisory, which he launched in January 2025, and where he currently heads up all investment sales, and leasing activities for the company. Started his career in commercial real estate investment sales with the national investment sales firm Marcus & Millichap in 2007. He specialized in assisting private investors in the buying, selling, and exchanging of retail commercial real estate investments properties all over South Florida. After 4 years in the Miami office of Marcus & Millichap, he joined the Barlington Group to help grow the vision of revitalization in Miami-Dade County through the acquisition, and lease up of vacant, and or new developments of retail properties. Through his experience, the group agreed to create a real estate advisory firm to assist 3rd party clients in value creation through the acquisition, lease up, and sale of commercial assets in much the same way. Formerly led the internal acquisitions, brokerage, and leasing arm of BGRS, which as a group has facilitated the sale/lease of over 400,000 RSF of retail space, with a value of over $100M in total transactions, with an additional 150,000 RSF being currently negotiated for purchase, or lease in 2017. Graduated with Honors from the University of Miami with a degree in International Finance, and Marketing. Beyond commercial real estate, he is a member of University of Miami Alumni Association, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami Program Alumni, and Facilitator, as well as a current Member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
