Arielle Hays has a passion for education and training. The reason she got into real estate was because of her own desire to own a home. Having gotten conflicting information on the home buying process, she decided to jump into real estate with both feet and enrolled into real estate school to become a Realtor. She has never forgotten what is like to to try to purchase your first home and how challenging it can be. She believes in home ownership and the benefits it brings. Having spent nearly 20 years in customer service she has servant's heart for her clients. After many years being a top producing agent in the Tri-Cities area she decided to open her own office. She ran a very successful real estate team and brought on many new agents and trained them. Her background in hiring and training made it a natural progression for her to open ERA Skyview Realty. A full service brokerage offering both clients and agents the service they deserve. Arielle Hays teaches the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) Home Buyer Education Class. She is dedicated to home buyer education. She has lived in Washington State since she was a teenager. She loves the dynamic climate and landscape. Arielle has had previous experience in management and as a small business owner. Having previously owned a shoe store in the Olympia area. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, step-daughter, and her spoiled rescue dogs. She is a container gardener and avid jogger.
