Commercial real estate entrepreneur with a broad development, finance and lending background. Specific experience acquiring, operating, structuring, and working out turn-a-round, value-add commercial real estate investments including office, retail, industrial, manufacturing/R&D, apartments, land and senior housing. Prior to putting real estate opportunities together, I learned about commercial real estate, deal structuring, risk management, and real estate cash flows through various non-recourse lending and asset management positions with large finance companies including Heller Financial, Merrill Lynch Capital and GE Capital. I am smart, reliable, creative, well-read, and energetic, with a strong work ethic and a penchant for making decisions and following through. Between my role at Old Vine Property Group and now, I spent time looking for real estate acquisition and other investment opportunities on behalf of my families business, Pomeroy Investment Corporation ("PIC"). Given that PIC has decided to focus exclusively on Michigan based opportunities, and I live with my family in Denver, Colorado, I am now looking for compelling opportunities for employment and/or partnership in the greater Denver area. I bring a unique set of experiences and capabilities to my interest in structuring, financing and ultimately managing commercial real estate opportunities.
