Areeba Moten

Areeba brings over 6 years of commercial real estate experience to her role of Senior Associate. She is responsible for managing a high-level Landlord representation portfolio of retail, office, and flex listings. Areeba also works with a variety of Tenant Representation clients and is quick to combine market strategy with research to help meet the needs of her clients. In her previous positions with Logic Commercial Real Estate and Schnitzer Properties, Areeba was responsible for the leasing of +/- 2MM SF of retail, office, and industrial product in the Las Vegas market. Her experience with property management led her to develop and implement property budgets, manage vendors, and administrative services. At Logic, she served as a point of contact for Landlords and prospective tenants - ensuring that value was maximized with each secured deal. Areeba is a UNLV Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Most recently, she was selected to join the NAIOP of Southern Nevada Developing Leaders Institute program. With her passion and expertise, Areeba will continue to grow market share for the Malan Marcello team.
