Arden will help guide you through the entire process of buying or selling from beginning to end! Arden was born and raised in Louisville where he currently lives. Graduate of Louisville High School in 1978, and graduate of The Ohio State 1980. Arden's career for the last 30 years has been in real estate. Representing both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions. Arden has served on the Stark County Board of Realtors as a Director, Secretary, Vice President and President. He has received recognition for his outstanding sales performance and achievements over the years. He was awarded Realtor of the Year from the Ohio Association of Realtors due to his success on the Have a Heart Charitable Foundation. Arden also serves as President Elect and sits on the Board of Directors at the Louisville YMCA and has co chaired the Snowflake Benefit Auction for several years. He is also a Deacon and Greenwood Christian Church. Arden is married to Lisa who works with him. Together they have 2 children, AJ and Alissa. He also has 2 older daughters, Cassie and Jenna, along with their husbands and one grandchild. He enjoys raising registered Black Angus in his spare time.
