Her husband Randy Sumpter who owns Sumpter Construction handles the rehab, make ready, maintenance, and that side of the business with his own crew and hourly, as well as subs as needed. Together they provide a full service for anyone looking to invest in Kansas City. She is also a Broker of a small estate firm, Royal Oaks Realty with Jeff Marland (KS Broker).
