April has been the office manager of Cushman & Wakefield’s Ogden, Utah office since 2003. She oversees and coordinates all administrative support and general office activities for the Ogden office. Her duties include management of the team’s marketing efforts for property listings, and coordinating the transaction management processes with the graphics, GIS, accounting, property management and research departments. April also assists the brokerage team with daily activities, which include managing the commission pipeline and payment process, client property tours, leasing activity reports, proposal preparation, and the preparation of market area overview reports. Her keen eye for detail and organization makes her an invaluable member of the team. Born and raised in Ogden, April has a detailed knowledge of the northern Utah commercial real estate market, the local demographics, vacancy and lease rates, and the current community needs April is the backbone and example of many highly ethical, market smart, and collaborative professionals in the Ogden office.
