April Fisher

April D. Fisher is a Market Director for Compass RE Commercial specializing in commercial leasing and brokerage sales in N Dallas, N. Central Expressway and Dallas’ Northeast Corridor submarkets. Her responsibilities include Project Leasing and Brokerage of Retail, Industrial, Office and Flex properties. Ms. Fisher has extensive knowledge of each of the submarket(s) dynamics and uses this information to complete complicated real estate transactions exceeding the expectations of her clients. She tracks every owner and user of real estate as well as all available properties and completed deals. Prior to joining Compass, April worked with Bradford Commercial and CBC’s commercial brokerage operation. She also has prior sales management experience with a national retail brand. April has cultivated many relationships and created new business opportunities through various forms of networking and referrals having closed over $10.0MM in commercial real estate transactions over the past five (5) years. April is member of the Global Business Committee where she is the Metro Tex Chair and on the Commercial Committee. She is also a certified Texas Commercial Specialist (TACS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
