Anton specializes in transactions with complex land-use and zoning concerns, particularly for multi-family or mixed-use development, in addition to possessing a wide range of experience in retail & restaurant acquisitions, development, and tenant representation. Focusing primarily on urban cores of small to medium-sized cities, Anton has overseen sales, acquisitions, and/or development of properties throughout the Capital Region. A recent entrant to the industry, and in an uncommon move, Pasquill came over from the governmental portion of the equation previously working as a consultant for the City of Albany Department of Planning & Development as well as the Vice-Chairman and then operating Chairman of the Albany Board of Zoning Appeals. With a prior background in politics and a decade-long experience as a restaurant entrepreneur and developer, Anton brings a unique set of experiences to any real estate transaction. His intimate knowledge of zoning and land-use law allows him to quickly and efficiently analyze the needs of any buyer, and conversely to best market a property for sale to the widest range of possible buyers or developers.
