Anthony Watkins

Anthony is the founder and President of The Oak & Avery Group. By leveraging his preexisting relationships and transactional experience, his mission is to expand the firm’s footprint in the tri-state area. Priding himself on an unparalleled work ethic and passion for deal making, the daily intricacies of commercial real estate brokerage come as fulfillment and gratification. Prior to arriving at the commercial real estate scene, Anthony worked in the financial industry holding positions in both trading and investment banking. He holds a BS in Economics from Cornell University. When not taking phone calls, he spends his time reading, studying foreign languages, exercising or traveling.
