Anthony Pappageorge is a managing director based in Northmarq's Walnut Creek office. Anthony has nearly 20 years of experience in multifamily transactions in Northern California and completed over $2 billion in gross value before joining Northmarq in 2023. As Northmarq continues to build the company’s Investment Sales platform across the country, Anthony leads the team covering the Greater Bay Area and Northern California markets, specializing in value-add and stabilized multifamily assets with private client and syndication groups. Before joining Northmarq, Anthony was an executive managing director with Newmark/Cornish & Carey, where he specialized in assisting clients in their 1031 exchange needs both in marketing and transacting on their downleg and sourcing their upleg. Exchanging Northern California Apartment owners to newer Class A apartment buildings out of state, to NNNs or to self-storage assets, Anthony has facilitated numerous 1031 exchanges for his clients. Anthony earned undergraduate degrees from George Washington University in psychology and philosophy with a minor in photography. He is a graduate of De La Salle High School (Concord, CA) and serves on its Alumni Board.
