Born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut, Anthony grew up helping his grandfather with the upkeep of an apartment building he owned and managed. “There was something incredibly rewarding about watching an idea come to life, and continuing to foster it beyond your original expectations.” From then on, Anthony knew he wanted to own and operate his own businesses. However, it was not Anthony worked as a plumber alongside his father shortly after high school, that he realized his calling was in real estate. In 2000, Anthony established Kolich Holdings, a property management firm operating out of Stamford. The success of this venture has led Anthony into the commercial real estate market, and as of 2019, Kolich Holdings owns and manages over 1,000 apartment’s in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Currently, Anthony and his team are working on numerous projects throughout Connecticut. They are most excited for Empire 225, a 69 unit apartment building in Stratford that brings luxury and affordability to the middle class. Furthermore, the construction of self-storage facilities and apartment buildings in Stamford are in the works. To say the future looks bright for Kolich Holdings is an understatement. In addition to Kolich Holdings, Anthony is also a Managing Principal of Empire Residential LLC, a full-service, privately held commercial and residential real estate investment and development company. Sticking to his roots, Anthony Kolich continues to reside in Stamford, Connecticut with his two children. On his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and fitness. Over the next few years, Anthony hopes to build an on online space to educate the public on real estate investing and entrepreneurship.
