Anthony Gambardella has experience standing for both Landlords and Tenants in all types of commercial transactions. Specifically, he has consulting experience in shopping center management, development, redevelopment, operations, leasing, construction, retailer and REIT real estate portfolio valuation, design and development of mixed-use projects, property and lease negotiations, leasehold valuation, trade area analysis, location strategy, purchase or sale of companies, due diligence services for investors and developers, expansion or contraction strategies for commercial clients. Gambardella is a native Staten Islander moving to Port Saint Lucie in the late eighties, bringing with him his experience of operating various commercial facilities. He is a retired restaurateur, married for over Thirty Six Years to his wife Anne, and has coached in sporting activities in St. Lucie for his two children.
