Anthony Coskren

ony Coskren joined Newmark in 2017 and serves as an Executive Managing Director based in firm’s Boston office. Mr. Coskren brings 15 years of real estate experience in the industrial sector where he has executed in excess of 100 million square feet of transactions. Mr. Coskren specializes in institutional investment sales and corporate dispositions in the warehouse, manufacturing, food/beverage, last mile and e-commerce industries. Prior to joining Newmark Mr. Coskren spent 11 years at JLL building out the firm’s industrial platform in the north east and was recognized as a top producer within the firm from 2012-2017.
