Anthony “Butch” Lagred specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing of retail properties. He is a local market expert in San Antonio and works throughout the central Texas region. Butch began his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2013 focusing 100% of his time on Investment Sales. He joined Foresite CRE in 2017 for a short amount of time where his main focus was landlord representation and tenant representation. Butch’s success in brokerage has been attributed to his responsiveness, negotiation, local market knowledge, superior marketing strategies and exceptional customer service commitment. Butch provides his clients the leading edge in the current marketplace and always ensures his client’s goals are met. Butch was raised in central Minnesota and has been a resident of Texas since his retirement from the US Air Force in 2012. He is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs. In his spare time, Butch enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf.
