With a career spanning over 35 years, Annie founded Homegrown Wealth Real Estate in 2023, setting the stage for her impactful leadership. Annie's expertise extends from her last 10 years role as CEO of United Real Estate Los Angeles, where she pioneered the United Real Estate Freedom Model in California. This visionary approach empowered realtors to redefine their work-life balance, aligning with Annie's belief that freedom is the key to long-term happiness and prosperity for families. In 1988 Annie honed her skills in real estate investment, development, financing, sales, and marketing. Holding licenses as a General Building Contractor (B), C-51 Structure Steel CA Certification, and specialty trade licenses, she successfully managed and built numerous projects in the Greater Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley regions. Annie also played a key role in managing the construction of over 200+ homes. A dedicated UCLA Bruin and a proud USC and UCLA Mom, Annie earned her degree in Business Economics from UCLA. Annie is happily married with two children. Currently residing in Beverly Hills. She is fluent in English, Taiwanese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She enjoys reading, ballroom dancing and golfing. Annie is a determined, client-focused business woman, developer, and author who is always ready to help. She is passionate about building wealth in real estate through strategic investments.
