Anne Marie Koehler

Anne Marie Koehler serves as a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Seattle office, where she specializes in retail brokerage services. Anne Marie has focused on urban retail since beginning her real estate career 14 years ago and has successfully completed several landlord listings and tenant representations throughout Seattle and Bellevue. Representing both landlords and tenants has given her the insight and perspective necessary for understanding differing client needs and the ability to successfully consummate transactions. Anne Marie has also worked on several larger community and neighborhood shopping centers, providing awareness of national retailer trends and requirements. Anne Marie joined Newmark in 2019, after working at JLL, CBRE and AT&T’s corporate real estate division. Anne Marie attributes her success to growing up in a family-owned development and property management business as well as her past work experience. In 2009, Anne Marie was named CBRE Rookie of the Year. She is a member of the Downtown Seattle Association’s membership committee, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
