Anne Johnson joined CB Richard Ellis as a market analyst in 1987 and began her brokerage career in 1989. Since then, Anne’s focus has been on a successful balance between tenant representation and listings on industrial and office/warehouse space. Anne has been one of the most active brokers in the Carolinas, participating in over 100 transactions per year, helping her to rank consistently as a top performer in the Charlotte market. She has frequently been recognized by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors as one of Charlotte’s top agents, including the region’s top industrial producer for 1999 and 2007, the second highest industrial producer in 1996 and 1997, and the third highest industrial producer in 2006. Anne was also recognized as the region’s second highest investment producer in 2006 and the third highest investment producer in 2008. She has been a Gold Award Recipient (highest level producer) every year since 1995. In addition, she was recognized by the Business Journal as one of the top business women in the Charlotte area and was named CBRE Charlotte’s 2005 Broker of the Year. Over recent years, Anne has leased or sold industrial or office/flex properties for such clients as: Aegon, AEW Capital Management, Adler Group, Aetna Investment Group, Allianz Investment Corp., AMB Property Corporation, Beacon Partners, Cabot Properties, Carlson Real Estate, CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust, Childress Klein Properties, CIGNA, Cohen Asset Management, DRA Advisors, Fidelity Investments, GMAC, JP Morgan, Lennar Partners, Lincoln National Life, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, National Life, The New England, Parthenon Realty, Patriot Equities, RREEF, SSR Realty Advisors, Wachovia Bank, and Wells Real Estate Funds. She has also represented many additional local and regional real estate owners.
