Anna Mcquillan Rose
As Vice President with Transwestern, Anna specializes in the leasing and sale of office and R&D real estate throughout the greater Silicon Valley on behalf of owners and tenants. Anna has been active in commercial real estate for 19 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, Anna was director of sales and leasing with Borelli Investment Company and represented Club Auto Sport, a 120,000-SF commercial office R&D condominium project in North San Jose. She was onsite in this capacity, and was responsible for selling 120,000 SF and leasing the balance to close out the project. She also served as leasing agent for Borelli’s three million-square-foot Silicon Valley office portfolio which included a 3 building 120,000SF office project in Fremont where, in conjunction with the ownership and developer, oversaw a $2M renovation; she was able to raise the rents to market value, lease the project to 99% within a 9 month period that led to the sale of the project. During the three years at Borelli Anna successfully completed over 200 transactions. After joining Transwestern Anna represents multiple owners in the leasing and sales of office R&D projects throughout Silicon Valley, including the condominiums at Club Auto Sport. She has earned the Top Producer award 2 years in a row for the Silicon Valley office. Anna’s background in the Silicon Valley began in 2008 when she joined Regus Group as the broker manager, where she oversaw leasing at the firm’s 11 business centers spanning from Silicon Valley to the San Bruno Peninsula and representing approximately 140,000SF of office space. Previously, Anna was a broker associate at Re/Max Associates commercial division in Contra Costa County and specialized in tenant representation, serving such major corporate clients as Jack in the Box and KinderCare. While affiliated with Re/Max Associates and The Williams Company, Anna also served as portfolio manager for the agency’s holdings.
