Anna Ho brings over 10 years experience in client services. Specializing in Tenant Representation and Office Occupier services, Anna has a proven track record working with local and international start-ups, Fortune 500s, law firms and non-profits. Notably, Anna has personally led and completed a $30+ million real estate project representing a multi-national tech company leasing premium Class A office space in Downtown Toronto. Anna has represented both tenants and owners of real estate for projects all of sizes; from 1,000 square feet to 60,000 square feet of office space. Anna is passionate about providing the highest level of service and helping clients find, lease and create amazing workspaces that attract and retain talent. Through a data-driven and strategic process, Anna advises companies in making real estate decisions aligned with their business objectives and needs. From needs analysis, space optimization, to site selection, Anna is touted among clients for her market knowledge, attention to detail, lease negotiation skills and ability to uncover off-market opportunities. Anna and her team are constantly seeking new, innovative ways to gain maximum leverage in order to achieve the best outcome for clients. Anna is a resource and the single point of contact for her clients well after a project ends and for many years to come. Prior to joining Lennard, Anna worked at a global Fortune 200 real estate firm where she advised companies on their global real estate portfolios and managed renewals, extensions and relocations in different markets across North America. Anna has extensive experience in leadership roles such as, Program Lead for professional development programs and was asked to join the Executive Managing Director as a keynote speaker on a North American wide webinar on business planning in real estate.
