Ann-Stewart Patterson is an Executive Vice President with CBRE | Raleigh’s Advisory and Transactions Services, Industrial & Logistics team. In this position, Ann-Stewart leverages her unrivaled experience - looking beyond traditional sectors and adapting– as a member of the CBRE Life Science’s team, to address the unmet needs of the Life Science Industry by delivering best-in-class real estate solutions to vital innovation clusters. As a member of the Industrial & Logistics Team, she also handles all aspects of the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation process, including sales and leasing of warehouse and flex product types, while focusing on a wide range of manufacturing and distribution companies, third-party logistics and various other companies in helping them to achieve their real estate goals. The CBRE | Raleigh Industrial & Logistics team has over 100 years of combined commercial real estate experience and has established themselves as one of the premier advisory and transaction services providers for industrial clients in the Raleigh-Durham and Eastern North Carolina markets. Since 2015, the Industrial & Logistics team has been responsible for the sale and lease of over 16.7 Million SF and totaling $613.3 Million in value. Ann-Stewart joined CBRE | Raleigh in 2006 as a financial analyst with the Capital Markets Team. During her time as an analyst, she was responsible for the financial analysis and market valuations for multifamily, office and industrial investment property sales. She participated in the disposition of over $1 billion of investment properties throughout North Carolina and Virginia. Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, Ann-Stewart worked in the Intermodal Marketing Department for Norfolk Southern Corporation in Norfolk, Virginia. During her time with Norfolk Southern, she was responsible for developing revenue and volume projections for their three-year plan and annual budget, as well as annual forecasting for the Intermodal Marketing Department. In 2020, Ann-Stewart was a member of the team recognized by the Triangle Business Journal's Space Awards for representing the first largest Industrial-Flex and Industrial-Warehouse lease and she was awarded the CBRE | Raleigh Top Producer Award in 2012.
