Ann Rinde

Ann Rinde specializes in Landlord representation in CBRE's Office Properties Advisory & Transaction Services Group. Her responsibilities include property marketing, lease transactions, tenant prospecting, financial analysis, and market research. With a current portfolio of over four million square feet, Ann is experienced in working with property ownership and asset management teams on both a local and national level. Current listings include properties across asset classes, including new development and adaptive reuse. Prior to brokerage, Ann managed marketing efforts in a full service commercial real estate firm, with a specific emphasis on new business development and property marketing. Ann is an enthusiastic advocate of downtown Minneapolis, serving as Chair of the Minneapolis Downtown Council's Office and Hotel Development Task Force. She's also actively involved in the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) Advisory Committee.
