Anita Amin

Anita is a Retail Land and Leasing Specialist with a focus on acquisitions and dispositions. Her passion for development started at a young age, soaking in the nuances of retail development and operations at the dinner table with her parents and brother. Bringing over eight years of land brokerage and development experience to the company, Anita’s primary focus, and expertise is on-site selection, as well as her understanding of the highest and best use for each property. She has hands-on experience with the full life cycle of an asset including project analysis, financing, construction, and disposition. In her spare time, Anita enjoys biking around Houston with her husband and taking their two pups to the park. During the winter months, you can find her out on the slopes in Colorado. Anita is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and CREW Houston.
