Angie N. Frandrup, LEED AP has been in commercial real estate in Minnesota since 2004, and has been a licensed commercial brokerage professional since 2011, spending eight out of the last ten years serving as a Broker at the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, CBRE, Inc., and boutique firms prior to joining Caspian Group. After graduating with honors from Harvard University with a degree in Natural Science and Environmental Studies, Frandrup began her career in commercial real estate serving through the lens of environmental engineering work and later had a business of her own, providing LEED Certification, and sustainability consulting for commercial real estate. Presently, Angie focuses on providing brokerage services for Investment Sales, Buyer and Seller Representation, Disposition Services, as well as Portfolio Optimization through Tenant and Landlord Representation. Angie can also offer additional value through her synergistic work in Solar Development services including Solar Site Plans, Cash Flow Estimates and Solar Panels for commercial real estate owners and investors for interested clients. Angie believes real success can be realized when one works with purpose and integrity to reach achievable goals. She drives the best value and outcomes for her clients by always maintaining ethics and excellence in her work and by utilizing clear communication. She utilizes the most sophisticated software and market intel available for the commercial real estate sector to ensure her clients receive the best information possible and to help give her an advantage in her negotiations and market research. In her spare time, Angie enjoys spending time with her son and husband, exploring the great outdoors, travel, exercise and spending time with family and friends.
